How much PPC advertising costs at ITForce
ITForce works to a transparent, results-oriented pricing model. We do not charge a percentage of ad spend — that model rewards spending more rather than spending better, and it is not tied to any real outcome.
Our standard model is a fixed monthly fee, calculated from an agreed scope of work: we estimate how many hours your account actually needs and fix that figure in the proposal. Hourly billing applies to one-off tasks — an audit, an account migration, an analytics setup. In neither case is the fee linked to the size of your advertising budget.
Pricing is set individually per project and typically runs from $550 to $1,000 per month. The final figure depends on scope, competitiveness of the vertical and campaign objectives.
What drives the cost
1. Vertical and competition
Cost per click and workload both follow the state of your market. In highly competitive verticals — finance, medical, education, legal — competitor analysis, strategy testing and ad iteration all have to happen continuously. That raises the monthly workload, and the fee with it.
2. Scope and account structure
The more business lines, products, regions or service types you have, the more complex the campaign structure. Each segment needs its own ad groups, bid adjustments and creative. That directly affects the time required to manage the account properly.
3. Campaign types
We build the account structure around your business goals. Depending on those, we use:
- Search campaigns — for high-intent leads ready to act;
- AI Max for Search — expanded query matching beyond your keyword list, with campaign-level control;
- Display Network — for reach and brand awareness;
- Remarketing — to bring back audiences that already engaged with your brand;
- Google Shopping — for eCommerce, built around product listings;
- Demand Gen — YouTube, Shorts and in-feed placements for demand generation;
- Performance Max — for maximum automation and scale at once.
Each type has its own mechanics and needs its own approach to setup and management.
4. The team on your project
Your account is not handled by one person but by a full team:
- PPC specialist — builds campaigns, runs the analytics, optimises performance;
- Project manager — owns communication, deadlines and day-to-day tasks;
- Team lead — oversees quality, contributes to strategy and is accountable for hitting the targets.
Behind those roles sits Google-verified expertise. ITForce has a Diamond Product Expert for Google Ads on the team — the highest tier of the Google Product Experts programme, renewed in 2024, 2025 and 2026 — plus two Google Partners Digital Champions, in Smart Bidding and in Performance Excellence and Retail. The company itself holds Google Premier Partner 2026 status, awarded to just 3% of Google Partners in the country.
For your project that means early access to Google Ads beta features, a direct escalation route into Google, and decisions proven across 2,000+ projects over 11 years rather than one or two accounts. It also means consistent quality at every stage, with no single point of failure.
Additional factors that shape the price
- The state of your landing pages. We assess how well the page matches user expectations. Where there are critical problems we flag them and provide technical recommendations; implementing the changes stays with your team or your developers.
- How involved you are. The best results come out of a genuine partnership. We ask for data on stock levels, priority products, margins and seasonality, so that budget is not spent on irrelevant or unprofitable lines.
- Analytics and optimisation. Your PPC specialist runs full analytics through Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and other tools: tracking conversions, segmenting audiences, analysing performance and adjusting strategy in real time.
What the fee covers
We separate the two sides of the cost: our specialists’ work is billed on one side, and the advertising budget is funded separately, directly on the client’s own accounts. That keeps spending fully transparent and lets you monitor performance in real time.
The fee covers: niche and competitor audit, campaign setup in Google Ads, Meta and other platforms, ad creation and testing, bid and audience optimisation, A/B testing, analytics, regular reporting and continuous improvement. Full pricing across our services is on the price page.
How cost per click is determined
Cost per click (CPC) is settled by an auction that runs every time a user submits a search query. Competition drives the price: the more advertisers bidding on a term, the higher the CPC. Benchmarks vary widely by market — in Ukraine, where we manage a large share of our accounts, the most competitive verticals (medical, legal, financial services) run at roughly $0.70–2.00 per click, mid-competition niches at $0.25–0.60, and informational queries at $0.07–0.17. In the US and Western Europe the same verticals typically cost several times more.
To estimate cost per click before launch, use Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs or Semrush — each shows an average bid per keyword. Search campaigns are normally the most expensive, with Display and YouTube video considerably cheaper per click or view.
One thing worth understanding: in Google Ads, cost per click depends not only on your bid but on Quality Score — ad relevance, CTR and landing page experience. An advertiser bidding less with a better-quality ad can pay less per click than a competitor bidding more.
For an accurate figure, run a test campaign for 7–14 days with a budget of roughly $250–500. That is enough to gather meaningful data, see the real CPC in your vertical and optimise before you scale.
Google advertising credits for new accounts
As a certified Google Partner, ITForce can give clients access to official Google Ads promotional credits for new accounts. We select and activate the most advantageous offer for your budget and strategy by hand — there are seven variants, depending on country and spend level.
Important: credits are available for new advertising accounts only. To qualify you need to reach a defined spend threshold within the first 60 days, after which the additional budget is credited within up to 35 days. Google reviews the terms and amounts regularly, so before we start we verify what is actually available for your country, vertical and planned budget, and manage the whole process through to the credit being correctly applied. Details current as of August 2026.
How we work: transparency and control
Monthly reporting
Every month you receive a detailed Google Looker Studio report covering:
- the work completed on campaign setup and optimisation;
- any landing pages created, where that was part of the scope;
- performance data: impressions, clicks, spend and conversions;
- trends across the key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR;
- recommendations for further optimisation and scaling.
This makes performance transparent and gives you a sound basis for decisions about where the advertising strategy goes next.
Contract and transparent cooperation
We sign a formal contract before work begins. It sets out the services and scope, the fee and timelines, payment terms and quality guarantees. The contract is drawn up in two counterparts in line with applicable law and your specific requirements — no hidden conditions and no small print.
The advertising account belongs to you. We work in client-owned accounts with full access on your side, both to the settings and to all spend data. If the engagement ends, the account and its entire history stay with you.
What we need from you
The strongest results come when the business is actively involved. From the client side we ask for:
- clearly defined goals and KPIs;
- current information on stock, pricing and profitability;
- timely implementation of technical fixes on the site where we recommend them;
- feedback on lead quality, sales and user behaviour.
This lets us react quickly to change, adjust campaigns and get the most out of the budget available.
Automation for large-scale projects
On projects with large volumes of data and inventory we make heavy use of software solutions — to reduce human error, speed up campaign launches and improve accuracy.
We automate:
- product and feed uploads;
- campaign generation;
- account health monitoring;
- scripts and the Google Ads API;
- integration with DataLayer, GTM and analytics.
Automation is not about removing people; it is about the right balance. Our specialists keep manual oversight and intervene wherever judgement is actually required.
Campaign audits and analytics
Alongside setup and management, we offer an independent Google Ads audit. If you already work with another agency, or set the advertising up yourself, we can analyse the account in depth, assess how efficiently the budget is spent, identify the weak points and give you an objective view. That puts you in a position to decide: carry on, change approach, or hand management to us.
The tools we use
We run campaigns on established professional tooling: Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center for online stores, plus Serpstat, SEMrush, Hotjar, call tracking and Facebook Ads Manager.
With these we:
- target precisely by region, interest, age and user behaviour;
- research relevant keywords and write ads that perform;
- track clicks, conversions and the user’s path through the site;
- run remarketing and dynamic campaigns;
- test creative and optimise budget on real data.
Why choose ITForce for your PPC
ITForce is not a contractor that simply "runs ads". We build campaigns around the specifics of your business, region and audience behaviour — and keep optimising them so the budget returns as much as it possibly can.

Working with clients in Ukraine and worldwide
ITForce has offices in Kyiv and Kharkiv, from which we manage campaigns for businesses across Ukraine — Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv, Dnipro and other cities — with Google Ads configured for local goals and regional demand.

How to order PPC advertising: step by step
1. Choose a reliable partner
A successful campaign starts with choosing the right agency. A dependable one will have verifiable case studies, official Google certifications, open communication and positive client feedback. ITForce is a certified Google Partner with 11 years of experience, working to KPIs and accountable for results.
2. Define clear goals
PPC has to serve a specific business objective. For example:
- generate 50+ enquiries per month from the site;
- improve ROAS on a particular product category;
- raise brand awareness in a specific region.
We will help you set goals that are realistic, measurable and achievable given your vertical, competitors and budget.
3. Take a free consultation
In the consultation we analyse your site and competitors, look at your audience and market, and propose an initial advertising strategy. It is free and carries no obligation — we simply show you how we can help. Get in touch to arrange it.
4. Agree terms and sign the contract
We discuss budget and fees, reporting format, launch timelines and who owns each stage. Once the contract is signed, work starts immediately.
5. Launch and analytics
We research the keywords, write the ads, configure geotargeting, ad scheduling and device targeting, and connect the analytics stack (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager). The first days are a test phase: we watch user behaviour closely and respond to the data as it arrives.
6. Optimisation, reporting and scaling
PPC is not set-and-forget. On an agreed schedule we analyse ad performance, pause unprofitable keywords, adjust bids and budgets, and produce weekly or monthly reports with transparent numbers. Once results are stable, we scale the campaign or open up additional directions.
Worth keeping in mind:
- PPC is daily analysis, testing and refinement — not a one-time setup.
- Results depend on the experience of the team and a real understanding of the market and the audience.
- ITForce guarantees transparency, honest forecasting and discipline in working with data. We forecast from the media plan: the first 4–6 weeks build the data and stabilise CPA, after which we review KPIs with you against actual performance.
Getting started is straightforward: send an enquiry through the site or contact a manager. We will build the campaign, research the keywords and optimise the budget for the best result available.
Frequently asked questions
How much does PPC advertising cost per month?
ITForce fees run from $550 to $1,000 per month depending on scope, number of campaigns and how competitive your vertical is. The advertising budget is funded separately, directly on your own Google Ads account. We do not take a percentage of ad spend — that model rewards spending more rather than spending better.
What is the minimum advertising budget to start?
For a 7–14 day test we recommend roughly $250–500. That is enough to gather data, see the actual CPC in your vertical and decide on scaling from evidence rather than forecasts.
How soon after launch will the first enquiries arrive?
Campaigns go live within 3–4 days of the audit, and the first clicks arrive on the day the ads clear review. First enquiries typically come within the first week. Reaching a stable cost per lead takes 4–6 weeks — the time needed to accumulate data for meaningful optimisation.
Who owns the advertising account?
You do. We work in client-owned accounts with full access on your side, both to the settings and to all spend data. If the engagement ends, the account and its full history stay with you.
Why use an agency rather than a freelancer or an in-house hire?
A team works on your account rather than one person: PPC specialist, analyst, creative designer, project manager and a team lead accountable for the KPIs. There is no single point of failure — one person’s holiday or illness does not stop work on your campaigns. Premier Partner status also gives access to beta features and a direct escalation route into Google.
What if advertising is already running but not working?
Order an independent account audit. We will analyse campaign structure, conversion tracking accuracy, keyword quality and spend efficiency, and give you a straight answer on what can be fixed within the current approach and what needs rebuilding.
