    How much PPC advertising costs at ITForce

    ITForce works to a transparent, results-oriented pricing model. We do not charge a percentage of ad spend — that model rewards spending more rather than spending better, and it is not tied to any real outcome.

    Our standard model is a fixed monthly fee, calculated from an agreed scope of work: we estimate how many hours your account actually needs and fix that figure in the proposal. Hourly billing applies to one-off tasks — an audit, an account migration, an analytics setup. In neither case is the fee linked to the size of your advertising budget.

    Pricing is set individually per project and typically runs from $550 to $1,000 per month. The final figure depends on scope, competitiveness of the vertical and campaign objectives.

    What drives the cost

    1. Vertical and competition

    Cost per click and workload both follow the state of your market. In highly competitive verticals — finance, medical, education, legal — competitor analysis, strategy testing and ad iteration all have to happen continuously. That raises the monthly workload, and the fee with it.

    2. Scope and account structure

    The more business lines, products, regions or service types you have, the more complex the campaign structure. Each segment needs its own ad groups, bid adjustments and creative. That directly affects the time required to manage the account properly.

    3. Campaign types

    We build the account structure around your business goals. Depending on those, we use:

    • Search campaigns — for high-intent leads ready to act;
    • AI Max for Search — expanded query matching beyond your keyword list, with campaign-level control;
    • Display Network — for reach and brand awareness;
    • Remarketing — to bring back audiences that already engaged with your brand;
    • Google Shopping — for eCommerce, built around product listings;
    • Demand Gen — YouTube, Shorts and in-feed placements for demand generation;
    • Performance Max — for maximum automation and scale at once.

    Each type has its own mechanics and needs its own approach to setup and management.

    4. The team on your project

    Your account is not handled by one person but by a full team:

    • PPC specialist — builds campaigns, runs the analytics, optimises performance;
    • Project manager — owns communication, deadlines and day-to-day tasks;
    • Team lead — oversees quality, contributes to strategy and is accountable for hitting the targets.

    Behind those roles sits Google-verified expertise. ITForce has a Diamond Product Expert for Google Ads on the team — the highest tier of the Google Product Experts programme, renewed in 2024, 2025 and 2026 — plus two Google Partners Digital Champions, in Smart Bidding and in Performance Excellence and Retail. The company itself holds Google Premier Partner 2026 status, awarded to just 3% of Google Partners in the country.

    For your project that means early access to Google Ads beta features, a direct escalation route into Google, and decisions proven across 2,000+ projects over 11 years rather than one or two accounts. It also means consistent quality at every stage, with no single point of failure.

    Additional factors that shape the price

    • The state of your landing pages. We assess how well the page matches user expectations. Where there are critical problems we flag them and provide technical recommendations; implementing the changes stays with your team or your developers.
    • How involved you are. The best results come out of a genuine partnership. We ask for data on stock levels, priority products, margins and seasonality, so that budget is not spent on irrelevant or unprofitable lines.
    • Analytics and optimisation. Your PPC specialist runs full analytics through Google Ads, Google Analytics, Tag Manager and other tools: tracking conversions, segmenting audiences, analysing performance and adjusting strategy in real time.

    What the fee covers

    We separate the two sides of the cost: our specialists’ work is billed on one side, and the advertising budget is funded separately, directly on the client’s own accounts. That keeps spending fully transparent and lets you monitor performance in real time.

    The fee covers: niche and competitor audit, campaign setup in Google Ads, Meta and other platforms, ad creation and testing, bid and audience optimisation, A/B testing, analytics, regular reporting and continuous improvement. Full pricing across our services is on the price page.

    How cost per click is determined

    Cost per click (CPC) is settled by an auction that runs every time a user submits a search query. Competition drives the price: the more advertisers bidding on a term, the higher the CPC. Benchmarks vary widely by market — in Ukraine, where we manage a large share of our accounts, the most competitive verticals (medical, legal, financial services) run at roughly $0.70–2.00 per click, mid-competition niches at $0.25–0.60, and informational queries at $0.07–0.17. In the US and Western Europe the same verticals typically cost several times more.

    To estimate cost per click before launch, use Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs or Semrush — each shows an average bid per keyword. Search campaigns are normally the most expensive, with Display and YouTube video considerably cheaper per click or view.

    One thing worth understanding: in Google Ads, cost per click depends not only on your bid but on Quality Score — ad relevance, CTR and landing page experience. An advertiser bidding less with a better-quality ad can pay less per click than a competitor bidding more.

    For an accurate figure, run a test campaign for 7–14 days with a budget of roughly $250–500. That is enough to gather meaningful data, see the real CPC in your vertical and optimise before you scale.

    Google advertising credits for new accounts

    As a certified Google Partner, ITForce can give clients access to official Google Ads promotional credits for new accounts. We select and activate the most advantageous offer for your budget and strategy by hand — there are seven variants, depending on country and spend level.

    Important: credits are available for new advertising accounts only. To qualify you need to reach a defined spend threshold within the first 60 days, after which the additional budget is credited within up to 35 days. Google reviews the terms and amounts regularly, so before we start we verify what is actually available for your country, vertical and planned budget, and manage the whole process through to the credit being correctly applied. Details current as of August 2026.

    How we work: transparency and control

    Monthly reporting

    Every month you receive a detailed Google Looker Studio report covering:

    • the work completed on campaign setup and optimisation;
    • any landing pages created, where that was part of the scope;
    • performance data: impressions, clicks, spend and conversions;
    • trends across the key metrics: ROAS, CPA, CTR;
    • recommendations for further optimisation and scaling.

    This makes performance transparent and gives you a sound basis for decisions about where the advertising strategy goes next.

    Contract and transparent cooperation

    We sign a formal contract before work begins. It sets out the services and scope, the fee and timelines, payment terms and quality guarantees. The contract is drawn up in two counterparts in line with applicable law and your specific requirements — no hidden conditions and no small print.

    The advertising account belongs to you. We work in client-owned accounts with full access on your side, both to the settings and to all spend data. If the engagement ends, the account and its entire history stay with you.

    What we need from you

    The strongest results come when the business is actively involved. From the client side we ask for:

    • clearly defined goals and KPIs;
    • current information on stock, pricing and profitability;
    • timely implementation of technical fixes on the site where we recommend them;
    • feedback on lead quality, sales and user behaviour.

    This lets us react quickly to change, adjust campaigns and get the most out of the budget available.

    Automation for large-scale projects

    On projects with large volumes of data and inventory we make heavy use of software solutions — to reduce human error, speed up campaign launches and improve accuracy.

    We automate:

    • product and feed uploads;
    • campaign generation;
    • account health monitoring;
    • scripts and the Google Ads API;
    • integration with DataLayer, GTM and analytics.

    Automation is not about removing people; it is about the right balance. Our specialists keep manual oversight and intervene wherever judgement is actually required.

    Campaign audits and analytics

    Alongside setup and management, we offer an independent Google Ads audit. If you already work with another agency, or set the advertising up yourself, we can analyse the account in depth, assess how efficiently the budget is spent, identify the weak points and give you an objective view. That puts you in a position to decide: carry on, change approach, or hand management to us.

    The tools we use

    We run campaigns on established professional tooling: Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center for online stores, plus Serpstat, SEMrush, Hotjar, call tracking and Facebook Ads Manager.

    With these we:

    • target precisely by region, interest, age and user behaviour;
    • research relevant keywords and write ads that perform;
    • track clicks, conversions and the user’s path through the site;
    • run remarketing and dynamic campaigns;
    • test creative and optimise budget on real data.

    Why choose ITForce for your PPC

    ITForce is not a contractor that simply "runs ads". We build campaigns around the specifics of your business, region and audience behaviour — and keep optimising them so the budget returns as much as it possibly can.

    ITForce is a Google Premier Partner 2026 and a TechBehemoths Global Excellence Awards 2025 winner in the Pay Per Click category:

    • Campaigns go live in Google Ads within 3–4 days of a detailed business and competitor analysis.
    • We run advertising across all major platforms, Shopify stores included, targeted to your key search terms and regions.
    • We manage to the metrics that matter: ROAS, CPA, CPL and the rest.
    • Strong project management: a dedicated manager coordinates every stage and reports weekly.
    • We hold Google Premier Partner 2026 status — awarded to just 3% of Google Partners in the country. It gives us access to Google Ads beta features, a dedicated Google account manager and early information on platform changes.

    Working with clients in Ukraine and worldwide

    ITForce has offices in Kyiv and Kharkiv, from which we manage campaigns for businesses across Ukraine — Kharkiv, Odesa, Lviv, Dnipro and other cities — with Google Ads configured for local goals and regional demand.

    We also work with businesses internationally, from Ukraine to the United States, Canada and Europe. Examples are in the PPC case studies.

    How to order PPC advertising: step by step

    1. Choose a reliable partner

    A successful campaign starts with choosing the right agency. A dependable one will have verifiable case studies, official Google certifications, open communication and positive client feedback. ITForce is a certified Google Partner with 11 years of experience, working to KPIs and accountable for results.

    2. Define clear goals

    PPC has to serve a specific business objective. For example:

    • generate 50+ enquiries per month from the site;
    • improve ROAS on a particular product category;
    • raise brand awareness in a specific region.

    We will help you set goals that are realistic, measurable and achievable given your vertical, competitors and budget.

    3. Take a free consultation

    In the consultation we analyse your site and competitors, look at your audience and market, and propose an initial advertising strategy. It is free and carries no obligation — we simply show you how we can help. Get in touch to arrange it.

    4. Agree terms and sign the contract

    We discuss budget and fees, reporting format, launch timelines and who owns each stage. Once the contract is signed, work starts immediately.

    5. Launch and analytics

    We research the keywords, write the ads, configure geotargeting, ad scheduling and device targeting, and connect the analytics stack (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager). The first days are a test phase: we watch user behaviour closely and respond to the data as it arrives.

    6. Optimisation, reporting and scaling

    PPC is not set-and-forget. On an agreed schedule we analyse ad performance, pause unprofitable keywords, adjust bids and budgets, and produce weekly or monthly reports with transparent numbers. Once results are stable, we scale the campaign or open up additional directions.

    Worth keeping in mind:

    • PPC is daily analysis, testing and refinement — not a one-time setup.
    • Results depend on the experience of the team and a real understanding of the market and the audience.
    • ITForce guarantees transparency, honest forecasting and discipline in working with data. We forecast from the media plan: the first 4–6 weeks build the data and stabilise CPA, after which we review KPIs with you against actual performance.

    Getting started is straightforward: send an enquiry through the site or contact a manager. We will build the campaign, research the keywords and optimise the budget for the best result available.

    Frequently asked questions

    How much does PPC advertising cost per month?

    ITForce fees run from $550 to $1,000 per month depending on scope, number of campaigns and how competitive your vertical is. The advertising budget is funded separately, directly on your own Google Ads account. We do not take a percentage of ad spend — that model rewards spending more rather than spending better.

    What is the minimum advertising budget to start?

    For a 7–14 day test we recommend roughly $250–500. That is enough to gather data, see the actual CPC in your vertical and decide on scaling from evidence rather than forecasts.

    How soon after launch will the first enquiries arrive?

    Campaigns go live within 3–4 days of the audit, and the first clicks arrive on the day the ads clear review. First enquiries typically come within the first week. Reaching a stable cost per lead takes 4–6 weeks — the time needed to accumulate data for meaningful optimisation.

    Who owns the advertising account?

    You do. We work in client-owned accounts with full access on your side, both to the settings and to all spend data. If the engagement ends, the account and its full history stay with you.

    Why use an agency rather than a freelancer or an in-house hire?

    A team works on your account rather than one person: PPC specialist, analyst, creative designer, project manager and a team lead accountable for the KPIs. There is no single point of failure — one person’s holiday or illness does not stop work on your campaigns. Premier Partner status also gives access to beta features and a direct escalation route into Google.

    What if advertising is already running but not working?

    Order an independent account audit. We will analyse campaign structure, conversion tracking accuracy, keyword quality and spend efficiency, and give you a straight answer on what can be fixed within the current approach and what needs rebuilding.

    ITForce specialists add advertising assets and attributes, along with geographic and demographic information about users and audience signals, to the campaign. Google Performance Max AI analyzes the collected data, tests all combinations of creatives, and places adaptive ads across Search, Gmail, Maps, GDN, Discover Feed, and YouTube. They talk about us

    Contextual advertising for a flower shop in Canada
    We searched online and tried few other agencies before finding ITForce. Our main concern was lack of stable results, as we were not satisfied with a short-term two weeks increase in sale.
    We were looking for a professional to setup and adapt Google Ads Campaigns in order to respond to seasonality of the market.
    We wanted to spend less and earn more. As any other business. Our goals vary from month to month and some of them were/are:
    - attract more visitors to the website - attract more customers to the website;
    - generate leads;
    - optimize conversion rates;
    - optimize budget;
    - build our brand by creating unique and catchy ads etc.
    We were looking for a constant growth and we are achieving it with ITForce.
    We communicate through work chats or calls and ITForce is always flexible in terms of timing and responding. Marketing manager sets up an advertising plan while PPC specialist integrates it into the reality. I always receive monthly reports along with setup plans for the next month and weekly updates on my campaigns.
    I have worked closely with marketing manager, PPC specialist, copywriters and customer support team.
    We are constantly reaching our goals- we spend less and earn more Our conversion rate is getting lower and lower, bringing more profit to the company while we also get a constant flow of returning customers.
    Very effective and productive. ITForce is always online, always on call and always respond. They reacted to my needs faster than any company I've worked with.
    To expand their services further, it would be great if they found a way to ease the language barrier.

    We have many campaigns in Google Ads for years, but the cost for the purchase was too high for us.
    We found ITForce on the www.freelancehunt.com This company had #1 rank in the PPC category. That was the main factor at that time.
    First: in-depth study of the specifics of the business, the target site and the current state of advertising campaigns. Attention to detail. Second: complexity and scale. Several thousand keys were collected, several hundred ad groups were created. Search campaigns, media campaigns, merchant campaigns, remarketing were redeveloped. The cost for the purchase in Google Ads account decreased from 100% to 70% with the same amount of conversions.

    First of all, the ITForce team started by setting our Google Ads account and campaigns. Then they defined main keywords for launching Search campaigns and adding negative keywords. Also the ITForce team prepared ads and set search and shopping campaigns. After all settings, the team began supporting the Google Ads account.
    According to the Google Analytics reports income that we received from Google Ads was 27% from the total income of the company. Transactions from Google Ads are 32% from all our transactions. Average price per lead is 5$. From google/cpc we received 70% traffic on our website.
    They are always open to communication and available. I’m always receiving different account development suggestions. And what is very important for me, all the tasks on deadlines.
    They not only offer new tools of Google ads but also try to give suggestions to receive more results. And of course fast reaction on all my questions.

    Google Ads for a balloon store
    We have been working with ITForce since December 2016. We started our cooperation after I had become completely disappointed with PPC specialists — I had changed a ton of contractors before, and all of them drove me crazy with things I didn’t need, while none of them wanted to dig into our product even a little.
    So I gave a task to Marina, who at that time was a manager at UMI: go take PPC courses, listen to what’s what, and find me adequate and reliable contractors so that we would appear in Google at the top for a reasonable price. Marina did exactly that — and she found you.
    Then we worked fruitfully, and one of the main advantages I can highlight is the team’s involvement to make sure we actually worked properly and that we really got orders.
    My requests were simple:
    The query "повітряні кульки Харків" (balloons Kharkiv) — we must appear first, ok?
    OK.
    – So, we work. The advertising budget is stable?
    Stable.
    – Orders are coming in? Phone ringing?
    Yes, everything is fine.
    Well then, perfect.
    That’s how I measure results.
    As for internal campaign settings or the cost per click — I don’t want to dive into that at all. I only move forward, and let the specialists handle the rest. We’ll solve problems as they come. As long as calls are coming in — everything’s fine.
    And I want to give big thanks to our manager Olena, who spares us unnecessary questions and, throughout our cooperation, has clearly shown her involvement in understanding our product, because without this, it’s impossible to set up proper advertising.
    For the past six months, we’ve been working on SEO optimization of the site. Here too, my evaluation criteria are simple: did we grow in search rankings? Yes, we did. But then there was quarantine, then some crisis, then something else — so we temporarily paused this work. But I think we’ll return to it soon.
    Overall, to cut it short — enough writing, time to work. I am satisfied with our cooperation with ITForce. Moving forward!

    P.S. A true indicator of result-orientation is persistence and the skill to achieve goals. Olena persistently “pushed” me to write this review. Not because she was trying to annoy me, but because I was a bit “dodging” it. Still, she managed to get it out of me. Respect, Olena, well done — keep it up!

    PPC for an online store of lenses, glasses and accessories
    I have been working with ITForce for almost a year now and continue our collaboration successfully :)
    I approached them to try PPC advertising because I had heard a lot about it and was interested in increasing sales.

    ITForce helped set up the advertising campaigns and then optimized them to achieve better results. Regarding the workflow — I received a monthly report with analytics and a plan for the next steps. Communication takes place in a shared chat with the specialists, and my questions are resolved quickly.

    As for the results — during our cooperation, the store’s sales doubled, while the cost per click decreased by more than a third.
    I am satisfied with their work and can confidently recommend them.

    Google Ads for a website of health products
    I started working with this company on Google Ads over a year ago. They optimized and continue to optimize our PPC campaigns (turned off non-performing ads, added negative keywords, etc.) and set up several new campaigns. Traffic and revenue began to grow immediately after setting up a standard shopping campaign. After that, a smart shopping campaign was launched, and as a result, during their work period, my website traffic tripled, while advertising costs only doubled.

    Regarding technical support, it is responsive, and they have answered even outside of working hours more than once. It was pleasant and unexpected to receive a gift from them for New Year :).

    At the moment, we have expanded our cooperation, and now the specialists are working with us on SEO promotion. We only started this collaboration this month, so I’m not ready to comment on the results yet.

    Pay-per-click advertising: what it is and who needs it

    Pay-per-click (PPC) advertising shows your ads to people based on what they are searching for, what they are interested in, or what page they are reading. The dominant platform is Google Ads: your ads can appear at the top of the search results, in Google Shopping, on YouTube, or across partner sites in the Display Network.

    The main advantage of PPC is a fast start and precise audience targeting. Campaigns go live within days and immediately reach people who are already looking for your product or service — with none of the waiting that SEO requires.

    Main platforms: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn.
    Typical formats: search ads, Google Shopping product listings, display banners on partner sites, YouTube video.

    Who PPC advertising is right for

    • eCommerce businesses that want to grow online sales and test new product categories quickly.
    • Local businesses with a physical presence in a specific city or region.
    • B2B companies that need a steady flow of qualified leads rather than mass traffic.
    • Startups and new products that need immediate visibility and first data on demand.
    • Site owners who do not yet rank on page one, or who are only starting SEO.
    • Companies testing hypotheses — new niches, offers, regions — before scaling.

    What a PPC specialist actually does

    A PPC specialist (from pay-per-click) manages paid traffic: they build, optimise and monitor advertising campaigns. Their job is to get the most out of the advertising budget — bringing in qualified visitors at the lowest viable cost and the highest conversion rate.

    The role covers:

    • keyword research and clustering;
    • writing ad copy that earns a high CTR;
    • building campaign structure: Search, Display, remarketing, Performance Max, Demand Gen;
    • analytics setup (GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio);
    • optimising bids, CTR, CPA and ROAS;
    • creative testing and A/B experiments;
    • CRM integration to measure lead quality, not just lead volume.

    A PPC specialist works alongside SEO, marketing and sales, so that advertising delivers business outcomes — enquiries, calls, sales — and not just traffic.

    What we mean by effective PPC

    Search advertising is the fastest way to reach customers at the exact moment they are looking for what you sell. Google Ads listings appear at the top of the results for queries like "buy a smartphone" or "apartment renovation" on the day the campaign launches, and start bringing in interested visitors straight away.

    • ROAS of 500–1000% is not an abstract promise — those are figures from our published PPC case studies, complete with the vertical, the period and the actual numbers. We name a realistic range for your niche after the audit, not before it.
    • Growth in enquiries, sales and profit within the first weeks.
    • A model that pays for itself: every dollar invested works towards a defined outcome.
    • Scaling campaigns without losing quality or efficiency.
    • Lower cost per lead (CPA) through continuous optimisation.
    • Working with the formats that matter in 2026: AI Max for Search, Performance Max with channel-level reporting, Demand Gen, dynamic remarketing and Google Shopping.

    How we work

    • Transparency: monthly reporting and full access to your advertising accounts.
    • Flexibility: strategy adapted to seasonality, shifting demand and market conditions.
    • Expertise: 11 years in business, 2,000+ projects, Google Premier Partner 2026 status (the top 3% of Google Partners in the country) and a Diamond Product Expert for Google Ads on the team — more on who will run your account.

    You can see what a lead costs today, what it cost last month, and exactly what we are doing to make it cost less next month.

    What the PPC service from ITForce includes

    Full-service PPC management from ITForce covers the whole lifecycle of your Google Ads campaigns, from audit through to scaling. We handle every stage — account analysis, keyword research, ad creation, analytics setup (GTM, GA4), launch and ongoing testing. The result is a working customer-acquisition system with clear KPIs, transparent reporting and flexible budget control.

    1. Audit of your current campaigns

    • Analysis of existing campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other platforms.
    • Identifying technical faults: duplicate keywords, missing negative keywords, broken ad group structure.
    • Performance assessment: CTR, CPA, ROAS and related metrics.
    • Pinpointing where budget is leaking and where the optimisation headroom is.
    • Specific, actionable recommendations for the campaigns you already run.

    If you only need this stage, we offer it separately as a Google Ads campaign audit.

    2. Advertising strategy

    • Defining campaign goals: lead generation, online sales, phone calls, brand awareness.
    • Choosing channels: Google Search, Display Network, YouTube, Demand Gen, Google Shopping.
    • Audience segmentation by geography, interests and behavioural signals.
    • Choosing formats: text, image and video ads.
    • Building the acquisition funnel and the nurture path within it.

    3. Campaign setup and launch

    • Preparing the assets: copy, creatives, banners.
    • Keyword research and negative keyword lists.
    • Targeting logic: interests, remarketing, lookalike audiences.
    • Technical analytics setup: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, enhanced conversions, Conversion API (Meta) — available separately as web analytics setup.
    • Launch with A/B testing of creatives, audiences and bidding strategies.

    4. Optimisation and scaling

    • Continuous monitoring of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS and Quality Score.
    • Driving acquisition cost down and conversion volume up.
    • Testing new hypotheses and formats.
    • Scaling into new regions, platforms, languages and audiences.

    5. Analytics and reporting

    • Monthly or weekly reporting in the format you prefer: PDF, Looker Studio, Excel.
    • The metrics that matter: clicks, conversions, spend, revenue, cost per conversion, ROI/ROAS, funnel depth.
    • Visual dashboards built around your KPIs.
    • Strategic recommendations: where to go next and how to improve on the current result.

    What happens in your first 30 days

    • Days 1–3. Brief, access, niche and competitor audit, review of your existing account if you have one. You receive a written findings document before anything goes live.
    • Days 4–7. Media plan with forecast CPC, click volume and target CPA. Sign-off on keywords, campaign structure and ad copy.
    • Days 5–10. Analytics setup: GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, enhanced conversions and, where relevant, call tracking and CRM data import. Campaigns go live.
    • Days 10–21. Data accumulates; we work the search terms report and negative keyword lists and run the first ad A/B tests. Weekly contact with your manager.
    • Days 21–30. First full Looker Studio report, a move to automated bidding once conversion volume supports it, and the optimisation plan for month two.

    If anything goes off plan at any stage, you hear it from us first — not from the monthly report.

    Why ongoing management matters

    Launching a campaign is only the first step. Keeping it effective and producing a steady flow of customers takes continuous management. We track performance, adjust bids, analyse keyword and ad effectiveness, cut spend that does not convert and reinforce what does.

    We also monitor measurement integrity separately. The April 2026 GA4 update changed how key events pass through to Google Ads, and failures here are silent — conversions can stop importing and audiences can stop refreshing with no warning in the interface. We check this weekly rather than discovering it when results drop.

    The expertise behind your account

    The seniority of the person running your account directly affects what you pay per lead. Which is why we do not bury our credentials in the site footer — here is what "experienced team" actually means at ITForce.

    Google-verified status

    • A Diamond Product Expert for Google Ads on the team. The highest tier of the Google Product Experts programme, awarded for expert contribution to the professional community. The status has been renewed three years running — 2024, 2025 and 2026. There are only a handful of specialists at this level in Ukraine.
    • Google Premier Partner 2026. A status awarded each year to just 3% of Google Partners in the country, based on client results and account growth rather than on how much budget passes through. We have held partner status since 2017.
    • Two Google Partners Digital Champions — in Smart Bidding and in Performance Excellence and Retail. These are invitation-only Google programmes for specialists with the strongest results in automated bidding and in eCommerce.
    • Google Partner by Elevator — a Google programme for leading agencies by performance.
    • Google Cloud Partner — for projects where advertising runs alongside custom analytics and data processing.

    We learn about Google Ads changes before the market does

    Our specialists attend Google’s invitation-only events: Think Measurement (Dublin, 2025), Think Consumer CEE (Warsaw, 2026), Google & YouTube at Cannes (2026) and Google Partners CEE Agency Day (Athens, Prague, Warsaw). Premier Partner status additionally gives us access to Google Ads beta features and a dedicated Google account manager.

    In practice that means three things for your project. New formats get tested before they go mainstream. Difficult situations — account suspensions, disputed disapprovals, Merchant Center errors — are escalated straight to Google. And platform changes such as the GA4 measurement update are handled ahead of time, not after conversions drop.

    Experience in numbers

    • 11 years in business — since 2015;
    • 2,000+ completed projects and 100+ published case studies with real figures;
    • 100+ active clients every month;
    • 30+ specialists on the team — PPC, analytics, SEO, design and development;
    • 2,000+ positive client reviews.

    Industry recognition

    Winners of the TechBehemoths Global Excellence Awards 2025 in the Pay Per Click category, Clutch Champion and Clutch Global (Fall 2024), and the №1 digital agency in Ukraine according to Country’s Choice (2024–2025). We are members of the Kharkiv IT Cluster and the European Business Association.

    PPC by business model

    PPC behaves differently for every business. What produces explosive results for an online store can be ineffective for a B2B or service company. That is why we build PPC strategy from the business model, the sales funnel and the actual goals rather than from a universal template.

    PPC for eCommerce and marketplaces

    Online store owners need qualified buyers and orders from day one. Google Ads is the most effective tool for online store growth, and we know how to make it genuinely profitable.

    • Sales start fast. Campaigns launch within days and traffic arrives immediately.
    • Shopping Ads. Product image, price and title, right in the Google results — set up as part of our Google Shopping and Performance Max service.
    • Account structure built for thousands of SKUs, including Merchant Center feed management.
    • Performance Max with channel-level reporting: since June 2026 you can see spend and conversions broken out across Search, Shopping, YouTube, Display and Gmail — automated campaigns are no longer a black box.
    • Analytics and optimisation. GA4, tROAS and dynamic remarketing, with every dollar accounted for.

    We report on revenue rather than clicks: we import order data from your CRM and calculate ROAS on orders actually paid for, not merely placed. See eCommerce case studies.

    PPC for B2B companies

    In B2B, PPC is not about volume — it is about reaching precisely the right audience. Decisions take longer here, so advertising has to build trust and lead quality rather than simply generate clicks.

    We build B2B PPC around:

    • commercial, high-intent search terms;
    • clear messaging aimed at decision-makers;
    • minimising irrelevant clicks and wasted spend;
    • integrating advertising with analytics and CRM.

    The result is fewer leads, but of considerably higher quality and with a shorter time to close. See B2B case studies.

    PPC for local businesses

    A local business needs to be visible at the moment the customer is ready to act, and in the place where they are. We set PPC up so that:

    • ads show in the right city or district;
    • ads drive calls and enquiries;
    • budget is not spent on irrelevant regions;
    • campaigns work with Google Maps and mobile search.

    Enquiries arrive tagged with the campaign, keyword and region, so you can see which direction brings customers and which only spends budget. See local business case studies.

    PPC for service companies

    For a service business, PPC means a steady flow of enquiries — provided the messaging and landing pages are right. We build service-business PPC around:

    • clear offers without unnecessary complexity;
    • ads mapped to specific services and search terms;
    • tight control of cost per lead;
    • continuous campaign optimisation.

    PPC for startups and SaaS

    For startups and SaaS, PPC is a way to test hypotheses quickly and find growth levers without a long wait. We help you:

    • test different audiences and offers;
    • get your first users and first data fast;
    • build the statistical base you need to scale;
    • combine PPC with content and organic traffic.

    PPC + SEO: the strongest combination

    The best results come from running PPC and SEO together: PPC delivers fast traffic and data, SEO delivers a durable effect and a falling cost per lead over time. We combine the two to cover search intent at every funnel stage, to test keywords through paid before committing to them in SEO, and to strengthen overall brand visibility. Together, advertising works strategically rather than in short bursts.

    PPC compared with other channels

    Channel First enquiries Budget control Cost per lead over time What it gives you long term
    PPC advertising 3–7 days Full, down to individual search terms Stable, auction-dependent A controllable flow of leads and real demand data
    SEO 3–6 months Partial Falls Traffic that does not stop when the budget does
    Paid social 3–7 days Full Depends on creative fatigue Demand generation and reach
    PPC + SEO together 3–7 days Full Falls as organic builds Presence across the entire funnel

    How to improve your PPC performance

    Improving Google Ads performance means analysing results regularly and making changes based on data rather than assumptions. Start with an account audit: review campaign structure, ad relevance, landing page quality and keyword efficiency.

    CTR benchmarks differ by campaign type, and comparing them against each other is the classic mistake in self-run audits: brand search 15–25%, commercial non-brand search 4–8%, Shopping 0.8–2%, Display 0.3–0.8%. Judge landing page speed by Core Web Vitals: LCP under 2.5 s, INP under 200 ms, CLS under 0.1 — those are the metrics Google actually factors into page experience.

    Getting key events in Google Analytics 4 and conversion tracking right is non-negotiable; without them optimisation is essentially guesswork. Google’s own guidance for automated bidding is roughly 30 conversions in the last 30 days for Target CPA and around 50 for Target ROAS. Below that, do not rush into automation — set up micro-conversions and offline conversion import from your CRM first, so the algorithm has enough signal. Switch strategy only after 2–4 weeks of data, and see our note on working with automated bidding strategies.

    Segment audiences by intent, device and region — this sharpens targeting and typically cuts CPC by 15–30%. Refresh creative at least every 2–4 weeks and test new formats: video, responsive assets, remarketing. Adding Google Shopping and Performance Max can lift eCommerce sales by 25–60% and accelerate scaling in competitive verticals.

    For a business that wants to grow, PPC optimisation is not a one-off task but a continuous process of working with analytics, creative and strategy. That is what keeps cost per lead within KPI and pushes return on ad spend steadily upwards — you can model the numbers with our ROAS calculator.

    Why Google Ads is a must-have in 2026

    Google holds 89.3% of the global search market (StatCounter, March 2026). That share is slowly eroding — which is precisely why paid results matter more, not less: AI Overviews and AI Mode absorb part of the organic clicks, while ad placements remain above the answer.

    Without an experienced PPC specialist, though, campaigns can burn budget with nothing to show for it. Only systematic optimisation, constant analysis and disciplined work with data bring CPC down, lead volume up and ROAS to its ceiling.

    Order Google Ads setup from ITForce — we build advertising that brings real customers and sales, not just clicks.

    Demand Gen and YouTube: reaching your audience where it actually is

    People spend an increasing share of their time in video and feeds — YouTube, Shorts, mobile apps. The Demand Gen format lets you appear in exactly those environments: in 2026 Google expanded YouTube Shorts and in-feed inventory, improved product feed integration for retail, and added reporting that isolates Demand Gen’s contribution from other channels.

    The campaign formats support a range of goals, from reach and awareness through to traffic and lead generation. Demand Gen can run standalone or as part of a wider PPC strategy.

    ITForce helps businesses use this channel well:

    • selecting placements by topic and target audience;
    • excluding irrelevant placements to protect the budget;
    • producing visual creative and copy;
    • tracking performance in GA4, Looker Studio and Firebase.

    Your website is the foundation of effective PPC

    Even a perfectly built Google Ads campaign will underperform if the landing pages are not built to convert. A slow site, irrelevant content, weak structure or an unclear path through the page all push CPC up and overall efficiency down.

    For advertising to pay, the site has to be fast, usable and built around user intent. Which is why the development stage has a direct effect on cost per lead and on campaign profitability.

    Planning a Google Ads launch? It is worth seeing how ITForce approaches website development — it will help you get more conversions at a lower cost per click.
