Link building is a strategy focused on increasing the number of backlinks to a website from other niche-relevant and authoritative sources. This helps improve the site’s ranking and traffic, ultimately leading to higher conversions.
What tasks does Link building solve?
Backlinks from one site to another help search engines understand the value and relevance of your website. Having links from authoritative sources increases trust in your site and enhances brand recognition in the eyes of search engines.
- Improving search engine rankings
We build external links to your website from other authoritative sources, helping to improve its authority and relevance in the eyes of search engine algorithms. Each high-quality backlink is a valuable boost to your ranking, thereby enhancing your visibility in search results. Search engines consider the number and quality of backlinks as one of the key factors in determining their ranking. Link building also supports faster indexing of new website pages, ensuring your content appears in search results more quickly and attracting more organic traffic.
- Increasing domain rating for search engines
Search engines use links to discover new web pages and determine how well a page should rank in their results. When a website gains more high-quality backlinks from authoritative sources, its domain rating increases, signaling trustworthiness and content relevance.
- Customer trust and links from authoritative sites
Backlinks from high-authority, high-traffic websites can attract more visitors to your site. A higher domain rating helps your website rank better in search engines, which in turn leads to increased organic traffic and greater visibility among potential users.
The goal of link building is to create such high-quality links from authoritative and niche-relevant websites.
After thoroughly analyzing your niche and selecting the right content, we manually choose trusted platforms that match your business area, have strong domain authority, and an active audience. We consider the authority of the source, topic relevance, link placement, anchor text, and diversity of backlink profiles. The link growth process is gradual and natural, ensuring your website’s safety and full compliance with Google’s guidelines for strengthening backlink profiles.
Who needs link building?
Link building is essential for every website, as developing a strong backlink profile helps improve search rankings, increase site authority, boost traffic, and drive conversions.
Link building enhances search visibility and accelerates indexing, particularly for new sites or those that have recently migrated to a different content management system (CMS).
Large-scale web projects face intense competition. If your site has more high-quality backlinks than your competitors, it is more likely to rank higher in search results, resulting in increased traffic and users.
Backlinks from authoritative websites signal to search engines that your blog is a reliable source of information. Users are more likely to trust and value your content when they see it being referenced by other reputable sites. Building a backlink profile also involves collaboration with other bloggers and websites, helping you establish valuable relationships within your niche for future growth.
- Others (everyone else we have not listed)
Building backlinks from authoritative sources is an ongoing process, not a one-time effort. Growing your link profile is crucial for enhancing your website’s visibility and authority in search engine results across any niche. By using link building, you support your business’s growth and attract a steady flow of new clients.
Link building within SEO or as a standalone service?
A common question: on our site both SEO promotion and link building start from $900. Does that mean you pay twice for work on your backlink profile? No. These are two different formats of the same work, and you choose one of them.
- If you order SEO promotion
Work on the external backlink profile is already included in the SEO fee — there is nothing extra to pay for it. The difference is in volume: the team’s hours are split between technical optimisation, content, internal linking, commercial factors and off-page work. The backlink profile grows steadily, but it is one workstream among several rather than the only focus.
- If you order link building as a standalone service
Every hour goes into off-page work only: competitor backlink analysis, anchor plan development, sourcing and vetting donor sites, negotiating placements, preparing content for each site, and monitoring indexation and the ongoing life of the links. It does not replace SEO — it is a deeper push on a single workstream.
Which format suits whom
- SEO promotion — when the site needs the full package: technical foundation, content, structure and links together. This is the default scenario for most projects.
- Link building separately — when on-page optimisation is already done (in-house or as part of SEO) and the remaining gap with competitors in the search results is the backlink profile itself. This format is usually chosen by large projects and sites in highly competitive niches, where the off-page workload does not fit into the hours of a full-service SEO retainer.
Fees and placement budget are separate line items
The $900+ figure covers the team’s work. Payment for donor sites (article placements, guest posts, crowd marketing, outreach) is a separate budget and depends on the quality and number of sites selected. We agree the placement budget with you in advance, before the work starts — the same way within SEO and within the standalone link building service.
If you are not sure which format fits your site, get in touch. We will look at your current backlink profile and your competitors’ profiles and tell you straight: whether the off-page work included in SEO is enough, or whether it makes sense to move link building into a separate service.
