On Saturday, I caught a number of restrictions from Upwork (the ability to leave applications and change the profile photo was lost) and the requirement to pass verification in a video chat:
On the main page of the profile, the message looks like this:
I didn’t delay the solution of the issue, immediately went to the Upwork Help Center and sent a request to the chat:
In the chat I was asked to write a login or mail, after that, I had to wait a few minutes while they watched the information about my account.
Then video call: I was warned that our conversation was being recorded. The girl was talking to me, she didn’t particularly chatter and it was not difficult for me to answer questions.

After that, I was thanked for the communication and asked to wait for a decision, they will make it in a few hours.
The whole process took about 15-20 minutes, no more.
