How to open a page on Facebook for any user?
Access to the management of your Facebook business page can be given only to registered users.

What you need to open access to ad account management?
To do this, you need to enter the ad account and go to the ad account settings. In the Roles for an ad account section, select Add people.

Indicate a Friend in the appropriate input.
You must add user as a friend before adding him to the management of an advertising account.

If you are working with Facebook Business Manager, then the following information will be of great help to you.
You need to add a user to the Business Manager to open access to the page and the ad account there.
To do this we should go to Business Manager and go to the People tab. Via email add the required user address.
It is important to use an email that is tied to the profile to which you need to provide access.
After that, select the required access for the Employee or Administrator. Employees can only work with assigned accounts and tools. The administrator has full control over your company. He can edit settings, users, accounts and tools.

Now the user has been added to your Business Manager and you can add him to the management of your ad cabinet and page.
To do this, click “Add” in Business Manager in Pages or Ad accounts. After – choose a person and access for him.

How to give access to your Instagram account?
The first is to check if the Instagram page is linked to the Facebook page.
To do this, you need to go to Settings (we have already written above how to do this) and select the Instagram item. If the page is not linked, you need to enter a username and password to link.

After adding an account, you need to select the ad accounts and pages that you want to link to this Instagram account.
The Instagram page and the Advertising accounts must be added to one Business Manager to create an ad.
