The Google Ads Shopping Campaign Policy can be described as follows: buyer “found, bought, received” and all of this without leaving their home and without unnecessary contacts with sellers. Therefore, the requirements for information on the website are quite strict.
There is no information on your website about the possibility of targeted delivery (door-to-door shipping).
Even if you have registered options with self-pickup, Ukrposhta and other transport companies, it is needed that you allow the buyer to enter their home address and receive the package right to the doorstep.
Upd. Starting June 28, 2021 Merchant Center has allowed advertisers to not show all available payment methods before checkout. Now one will be enough. However, the full list of payment options must be listed on the payment page.
In addition, Merchant Center has relaxed the requirements for publishing advertisers’ contact information. According to the new data, the advertiser must now indicate at least one way to contact the company on the site instead of the mandatory two.
There should be a possibility to pay online. Ideally, through payment services.
If the seller does not have such an opportunity, then when a client chooses method other than in cash, payment details must be indicated. Card number, bank account, etc.
We note that with payment systems there may also be incidents.
We faced a problem when making a purchase, the transition to the service website took more than 3-4 seconds, the moderators regarded it as an inability to pay online, and thus the account was sent to the block.
We solve the situation by indicating on the website the details for payment, as in the screenshot above.
Be sure to add information on the return policy: conditions, terms.
Moreover, support recommends putting this information in a separate page of the website.
Reference:
An online store should contain information on how to return goods and get the money back.
Make sure the terms are written in clear language and easy to find. If your goods are not refundable, you should also write about this in an open and accessible form.
You must provide details on the mechanism for returning by specifying:
You will be immediately sent to the "ban" for this phrase
Moderators insist that the buyer should be able to complete the purchase "in one session" without additional gestures. For example, calls from the manager to clarify the details of the purchase or shipping.
One of the last curious reasons for the blocking was the point in the Payment Methods section.
Information on the website.
Online store ***.ua uses 2 types of payment:
It turns out that in this proposal it was necessary to indicate the name of the company.
On Friday (30.10.2020) another thread appeared on the forum with a question about the account ban. The ban was given a week after the launch of a white theme – the sale of fishing tackle.
The reason was unacceptable business models.
The site is in perfect condition:
In general, at first glance, there is nothing to complain about.
In addition, Merchant Center has relaxed the requirements for publishing advertisers’ contact information. According to the new data, the advertiser must now indicate at least one way to contact the company on the website instead of the mandatory two.
But the joke is that the domain is expert.fishing, and according to my version, the account was blocked for the word “phishing”.
The company name is written in the descriptor in this form:
“During the pandemic, there is no manual moderation, and the robot gives out bans for the reasons of bypassing the system and NBM for the slightest violations (the most commonplace examples: selling a product called a ‘mask’, toy ”weapons", or through changing payments).
Therefore, it is very important that the website and data feed do not contain any information that could be used by a bot. As it is almost impossible to reach technical moderators nowadays, and the support chat will not be able to help you.

Upd 2.08.2021 – about the product identifier [mpn]
Starting in August, Google Merchant Center will start displaying “Invalid Product ID [mpn]” messages.
They will be displayed in the account on the Diagnostics page for advertisers who have set an incorrect value for the MPN attribute for one or more products.
From September 2021, products for which warnings are received will be automatically rejected.
To avoid this, advertisers need to provide correct product data and remove the incorrect MPN attribute value.
Google Merchant Center can reject a product if any unique identifier, especially the GTIN code, is incorrect. Currently, this applies to paid ads, but soon it will also apply to information posted for free.
Starting September 15, 2021, Merchant Center will start considering duplicate products in visitor ads that have the same GTIN code and attribute values for variants:
If duplicate products are detected, only one of them will be placed for free, and the rest will be rejected.
Upd. 28.10.2021, – ppcseo.com
Google Merchant Center has relaxed the requirements for product identifiers: now those that do not have such unique identifiers as GTIN [gtin], MPN [mpn], and brand [brand] will be allowed to be displayed in product and free ads. But there may be restrictions.
Previously, products that did not have these mandatory attributes were rejected and did not appear in ads.
Finally, the basic requirements for sites from Google Ads Help:
Reliable contact information must be indicated on the website, incl. phone number and/or email address.
You have to use a secure SSL server with a valid certificate (https: //) to collect and process confidential user information (for example, bank details or credit card numbers).
The website should contain clear and accurate information about the return policy.
Information on payment methods and terms should be clear and accessible.
Check the entire checkout process.
Before sending the feed for verification, we check the website for compliance with the 3rd main commandments of the Merchant Center: “Found, bought, received” and keeping our fingers crossed.
Wish you success in your moderation!
