I started working with this company on Google Ads over a year ago. They optimized and continue to optimize our PPC campaigns (turned off non-performing ads, added negative keywords, etc.) and set up several new campaigns. Traffic and revenue began to grow immediately after setting up a standard shopping campaign. After that, a smart shopping campaign was launched, and as a result, during their work period, my website traffic tripled, while advertising costs only doubled.
Regarding technical support, it is responsive, and they have answered even outside of working hours more than once. It was pleasant and unexpected to receive a gift from them for New Year :).
At the moment, we have expanded our cooperation, and now the specialists are working with us on SEO promotion. We only started this collaboration this month, so I’m not ready to comment on the results yet.
